Our products are sold to consumers for personal use. If you buy for business purposes, please contact us first.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, for example by introducing viruses or malicious code, trying to gain unauthorised access, scraping it, or using it to send spam. We may suspend access to the website, or to an account, if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.
If you create an account, please keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it results from our failure to keep the website secure.
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free from errors.
We show our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and small variations can occur between production batches.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes won’t affect orders we’ve already confirmed.
We take care to get prices right. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal), and you are charged when you place your order.
When you place an order, we’ll email you to confirm it. Our contract with you starts when we send that order confirmation email.
Occasionally we may have to cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there’s an error in the price or description, or if we can’t deliver to your address. If that happens, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.
We may limit the quantity of a product that can be bought in one order, or refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers.
Offers and discount codes apply as described on our website or in the offer at the time you order. We can change or end offers at any time, but this won’t affect orders you’ve already placed. Discount codes have no cash value.
If you cancel or return part of an order that used an offer, such as Buy 2, Get 1 Free, the price of the items you keep may be recalculated. Section 4 of our Return and Refund Policy explains how, with an example.
Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. If your order is late or doesn’t arrive, please contact us and we’ll resend it or refund you.
Your order is your responsibility from the time it is delivered to the address you gave us. You own the products once we have received full payment.
Your right to cancel. You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to cancel, who pays for returning items and when you’ll be refunded.
Faulty items. We are under a legal duty to supply products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty, please contact us and we’ll put it right in line with your legal rights.

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if both of us knew it might happen when the contract was made. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
Our products are for domestic and private use. We are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
If you send us a review, photo, comment or idea, you confirm that it is your own, is accurate and doesn’t break anyone else’s rights. You allow us to use, edit and publish it on our website, in emails and on social media, free of charge. We may choose not to publish, or to remove, any content, for example if it is offensive, misleading or unlawful.
The content of this website, including text, photos, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. BJORGK is a registered UK trade mark (no. UK00003687430). You may not copy or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
